By accessing or using our Hosting ("Service"), owned and operated by TallDwarf Hosting ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to change, modify, or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

Access and Use of Service
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations AND UK law. Unauthorized access or use of the Service is prohibited. The reselling of our services and / or accounts is also prohibited. While we mention that we have unmetered storage (unlimited storage) this is true, however only for server files that are needed for the operation of the server, not for anything relating to images (in exception to plugins such as "Dynmap"), videos or using our service as a Cloud storage, see Termination.

Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service or the servers and networks connected to the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TallDwarf Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
