This Refund Policy applies to all digital goods ("Products") purchased through TallDwarf Hosting's web application or website ("Service"). By making a purchase, you agree to this Refund Policy.


Refund Policy
All sales of digital goods are final, and TallDwarf Hosting ("we", "us", "our") offers only 48 hour money back guarantee from time of purchase. You recognize and confirm that in the full knowledge of this, you waive your right to a refund of the purchase price once over the 48 hour period as permitted by law. If you ordered a product through an affiliate service you cannot receive a refund.


Exceptions
Exceptions to the 48 hour refund policy are made solely at the discretion of TallDwarf Hosting. Under certain conditions, we may offer partial or full refunds within a fixed timeframe after the purchase, for instance, within 7 days.


: Technical issues: In cases where a Product is proven to be technically faulty, and we are unable to resolve the issue.


: Misrepresentation: In cases where the description of the Product was significantly misleading or did not deliver as described.


To request a refund under these exceptions, contact us through our Ticket System with a detailed explanation of your reason for requesting a refund.


Processing Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the day on which we receive your refund request. Refunds will be made in the same payment form as used for the purchase.

TallDwarf Hosting reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.
